Matt’s getting in all the practice he can before Baby Mac pops out in anything between 3-7 weeks! And Bindi looks like she’s been eating some chocolate butter icing, but I assure you it’s just good old fashioned dirt. Her face was covered in it!
I woke up this morning with a very unpleasant spiky throat. Hoping it was just hay fever related we nipped to the Pharmacy for some Pregnancy suitable antihistamine, but when Matthew got it the next day (…oops) we realised it was actually the cold. Sob.
Despite feeling a bit rough, we enjoyed a walk along Praia da Gale, some more sunbathing and then a wee trip to Algarve Shopping for a quick walk around the shops and then dinner. Amazingly, all we bought was a pair of earrings (for me, of course). There was plenty of beautiful clothing, but they were all designed for small, non pregnant, ladies.
Algarve Shopping is a really nice open air shopping centre, so I couldn’t resist getting a few snaps of Matthew as we strolled along in the evening sun. You can tell he loved it!
The Morrison’s are in town! Yay! We had fajita night at Mum’s and it was wonderful to sit around the dinner table and still have floods of natural light coming in the window. You’d think we’d be used to this by now, it happens every year, but every year we’re in amazement when the nights get longer! It was also wonderful to have the old gang back together, and being bombarded with hugs from the littles. I love love love hugs, and usually I’m the one forcing Fin to give me a hug, but he was just laying them on me all evening. Long may that continue! But it probably won’t.
